A couple of days ago, I bought a Bond Arms Snake Slayer from a dealer in Texas. I just picked it up from my local FFL dealer this morning. I have to say, this Snake Slayer is a beauty! I am going to use it mainly for cowboy action shooting, but it is nice to have the .410 option on hand as we do get an errant rattler or two around the ranch..... I have a Hunter holster coming in today for it.....I will post up some more pics when it gets here.....

All right, Mick! Nice one!
Bet those extra-long stocks make it a whole lot easier to **** than do the regular ones.

It had the smaller grips on it and the older style thin hammer......It was not bad to shoot at all, but his one is much easier to grip and thumb the hammer back on.....

That is a real beauty. So When did they switch out the trigger and hammer styles. Billlau

Note to admin: you might want to edit the banned words, since the act of "moving a hammer to the position of greatest potential energy" appears to be edited out due to the fact that it's also a slang word for "schvantz."

I am not sure when they went to the wider hammers and the "Skeletonized" triggers, but I think it was within the last year or so.....I don't know what the advantage is with the trigger, but cocking the pistol sure is a lot easier with new larger hammer.....

I was trying for the life of me to figure out what slang word you put the stars for, but now it makes sense. Too funny.
