I have - and it happened pretty frequently. Frequently enough that I stopped carrying and got rid of the guns.
I had a couple of the .22 LR NAAs back when I was managing a gun store between college and law school. Used to carry them with loaded with Stingers, with the hammer firmly planted in the between-chamber notch. Would put them in the front pocket inside one of the little IWB clip-on holsters that NAA provided in the pouch with these guns.
I would frequently take the gun out of my pocket after a day of ordinary activity to find the hammer resting on a cartridge primer. Not always, but often enough that I stopped carrying the guns and traded them off.
If I were to own one today, I'd want to carry it in a Kydex holster that was tightly formed around the cylinder and hammer, so has to preclude such movement.

I have never owned a naa 22. But man that is kind of scary to have the hammer resting on the primer. How long ago did you own these? Do think new ones could potentially be better. They look pretty cool being a mini revolver an all. Pretty cheap too.

The design has not changed, so I can't imagine there's any quality or function difference. I think I got these in the late '80s and got rid of them by the mid-'90s.

I once had to re-assemble one that a customer had taken apart. Built like a Swiss watch, and TINY pieces. JEFF
